The 2024 three-day autumn annual joint meeting of the IUGS Commission on Global Geochemical Baselines, the EuroGeoSurveys Geochemistry Expert Group (EGS-GEG) and the Geochemistry Group of the Asociación de Servicios de Geología y Minería Iberoamericanos (ASGMI) will be held in Prague, and the premises of the Czech Geological Survey (Klárov 3, CZ-118 21 Praha 1, Czech Republic).
The days will be Thursday, Friday and Saturday (19th to the 21st of September 2024).

- Thursday, 19th of September 2024, reporting (after the meeting we will visit the extraordinary palaeontological collections of the Czech Geological Survey, and afterwards we will go to a nice restaurant for a shared-cost evening meal).
- Friday, 20th of September 2024, presentations of recent work (after the meeting we will take a short walk around Prague and afterwards we will go to a restaurant for a shared-cost evening meal).
- Saturday, 21st of September 2024, excursion. We will visit Pribram, a historical polymetallic deposit and radioactive material deposit. We would go through the separation line-processing of tailings after U-ore mining. Our host, Michal Poňavič , would like to know how many colleagues are interested in joining the Saturday excursion, because It is important the number of participants for the transportation arrangements.
The EGS-GEG is celebrating the 10th anniversary since the publication of the GEMAS project two-volume atlas. It was published in April 2014. It is hoped that even retired GEMAS Project Team members will be able to come to Prague for a reunion.
